financing so you will accurately know how
much you can afford. This
will also help to strengthen any
offers to purchase you tender.

an estimate of loan/closing costs and
monthly payments on any property you are
interested in before you make
an offer.
- We will
promptly tender your offer to purchase to
the seller and negotiate to get the best
price and terms for you.
- We will monitor
the appraisal, property inspections and
your loan progress.
- We will stay in
touch and work closely with you, the
lender, the escrow officer and the
listing agent to insure your purchase
advances smoothly.
